▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Transferring a graphene layer (12), comprises: providing a substrate (10); providing a graphene layer, where the graphene layer is formed on a metal carrier layer (11); executing electrostatic process to a surface of substrate so that the surface have electrostatic charges; electrostatically adsorbing graphene layer formed on metal carrier layer onto substrate by electrostatic charges; and immersing substrate having graphene layer formed on metal carrier layer into an etching solution to remove metal carrier layer, while the graphene layer is retained on substrate. USE - The method is useful for transferring a graphene layer. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and avoids the retention of organic residues, thus enhancing the electrical properties of the transferred graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for transferring a graphene layer, comprising: providing a substrate, where the substrate has electrostatic charges on a surface; providing a graphene layer, where the graphene layer is formed on a metal carrier layer; electrostatically adsorbing the graphene layer formed on the metal carrier layer onto the substrate by the electrostatic charges; and immersing the substrate having the graphene layer formed on the metal carrier layer into an etching solution to remove the metal carrier layer, while the graphene layer is retained on the substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of the method of transferring the graphene layer.
