NOVELTY - A sulfonated graphene oxide/manganese dioxide/polyaniline composite material preparing method involves dissolving graphene oxide in water, adding potassium permanganate solution. The mixed solution is cooled and washed. The colloid is added with graphene oxide and heated. The mixture is added with hydrochloric acid and stirred. The aromatic diazonium salt is mixed with manganese(IV) oxide/graphene oxide colloid. The complex solution is added with aniline, dissolved in chloroform, followed by performing interfacial polymerization, washing and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing sulfonated graphene oxide/manganese dioxide/polyaniline composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing composite material high energy density and power density and excellent circulation performance, in simple, eco-friendly, reliable and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfonated graphene oxide/manganese dioxide/polyaniline composite material preparing method involves dissolving 0.5 g graphene oxide in 100 mL deionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, adding potassium permanganate solution and manganese(II) sulfate solution, carrying out for ultrasonic treating for 5 minutes to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is transferred to a reaction kettle, reacted at 185 degrees C for 8 hours, and cooled naturally at room temperature. The Collected substance is washed to neutral by using deionized water to obtain manganese(IV) oxide/graphene oxide colloid. The manganese(IV) oxide / graphene oxide colloid is added with graphene oxide at a mass ratio of 0.1-2:1, added with 2.30 g sulfanilic acid to 100 mL deionized water, slowly heated until sulfanilic acid completely dissolved to obtain mixture. The mixture is added with 2 mL concentrated hydrochloric acid and 0.94 g sodium nitrite and stirred in an ice bath for 10 minutes to obtain aromatic diazonium salt, where concentration of hydrochloric acid is 12 mol/L. The aromatic diazonium salt is mixed with manganese(IV) oxide/graphene oxide colloid under ice bath condition for 2 hours to obtain sulfonated graphene oxide/manganese complex solution. The sulfonated graphene oxide/manganese complex solution is added with 0.05-2 g aniline, dissolved in 50 mL chloroform to obtain aniline solution, followed by performing interfacial polymerization between aniline solution and complex solution at 0-5 degrees C for 24 hours, where the aniline solution is taken in oil phase and the complex solution in water phase to produce green product, washing, drying at 60 degrees C for 12 hours after filtering to obtain the finished product.
