NOVELTY - Manufacturing modified polypropylene composite comprises taking 50-80 pts. polypropylene, 5-20 pts. graphene powder, 8-20 pts. glass fiber, 1-2.2 pts. organic chromium complex, 0.4-7.4 pts. unsaturated carboxylic acid and polypropylene grafted solvent, 0.6-1.6 pts. maleic anhydride phase solvent, 1-1.8 pts. zirconate and 1-4 pts. phosphite as raw materials, hot stirring the graphene powder at high-speed, adding organic chromium complex and carrying out surface treatment, passing the dried glass fiber through maleic anhydride phase solvent and zirconate, drying under hot air circulation. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing modified polypropylene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite has good heat-pressure resistant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing modified polypropylene composite comprises: (i) taking 50-80 pts. polypropylene, 5-20 pts. graphene powder, 8-20 pts. glass fiber, 1-2.2 pts. organic chromium complex, 0.4-7.4 pts. unsaturated carboxylic acid and polypropylene grafted solvent, 0.6-1.6 pts. maleic anhydride phase solvent, 1-1.8 pts. zirconate and 1-4 pts. phosphite as raw materials; (ii) hot stirring the graphene powder at high-speed, adding organic chromium complex and carrying out surface treatment; (iii) passing the dried glass fiber through maleic anhydride phase solvent and zirconate, drying under hot air circulation at 90-140 degrees C; (iv) sequentially transferring polypropylene, unsaturated carboxylic acid and polypropylene grafted solvent, phosphite and surface-treated graphene powder into the high-speed mixer, stirring to obtain graphene/polypropylene mixture; (v) melting the graphene/polypropylene mixture and glass fibers in an extruder, cutting, kneading, homogenizing, pulling, cooling and granulating to obtain graphene modified polypropylene particles; (vi) subjecting the particles to preheating drying, then melt-extruding and placing in the incubator; and (vii) pre-heating the mold in the plate molding machine, pressing the mixture into a blank plate, de-molding, cooling, placing in warm water for leveling stress aging treatment, flattening at room temperature.
