NOVELTY - Lightweight self-priming carpet, comprises an antibacterial and antistatic layer, an electric heating layer, and a heat preservation and heat storage layer. USE - The light self-sucking carpet is useful in residence, hotel, hotel meeting room, entertainment place, gymnasium, exhibition hall, vehicle, ship and aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The light self-sucking carpet has long-acting self-heating, antibacterial and anti-static effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing lightweight self-priming carpet, comprises (i) mixing modified graphene and absolute ethanol at a mass ratio of 1:588, and ultrasonically obtain a graphene solution for 22-34 minutes at 25 kHz, weave piezoelectric ceramic fibers to obtain a fabric substrate with a grammage of 900-1000 g/m2, placing it on the suction filter funnel, pour in the graphene solution 2-4 times the mass of the fabric substrate, vacuumizing for 20-30 minutes, washing with deionized water for 3-5 times, then repeat the above steps 4-6 times, and baking at 80°C, drying for 10-14 hours to get the electric heating layer fabric, (ii) placing electric heating layer fabric on the suction filter funnel, pouring in silica sol 0.1-0.2 times the mass of the electric heating layer fabric, vacuumize for 8-12 minutes, dry at 50°C for 5-7 hours, and then pour into the electric heating layer fabric. Polyethylene glycol solution of 0.05-0.09 times the mass of the heating layer fabric, the mass ratio of polyethylene glycol to absolute ethanol in the polyethylene glycol solution is 1:1.5-1:2, vacuumizing for 10-18 minutes, allowing to stand for 16 minutes to 20 hours, drying at 50°C for 10-14 hours to obtain warm and heat-storing fabrics, (iii) heating 2-2-(dimethylamino)ethoxyethanol and phosphorus pentoxide at a mass ratio of 2.8:1-3.6:1, keeping it warm at 70-75°C for 4~6 hours, then heating up to 80-85°C, adding deionized water of 0.07-0.2 times the mass of phosphorus pentoxide, reacting for 1.5-3 hours, adding potassium hydroxide until the pH of the solution is 7.5-8 to obtain a phosphate compound, (iv) mixing phosphate compound , chlorinated propylene oxide, and methanol, and raising temperature to 62°C, reacting for 6-8 hours, continue to heat up to 70°C, and reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain a quaternary ammonium compound, and (v) mixing zinc chloride, thermal heat storage fabric, quaternary ammonium compound, and absolute ethanol at a mass ratio of 1:13:14:110 to 1:15:17:122, under a nitrogen atmosphere, and stirring at 80 rpm for 54-70 minutes, adding a saturated ammonium chloride solution 560 times the mass of zinc chloride, continue stirring for 10-16 minutes, taking it out, washing it with deionized water for 6-8 times, and drying it at 60°C for 10-18 hours to obtain a light self-priming carpet.
