NOVELTY - Preparing finishing powder for manufacturing antibacterial and sterilization materials on surface of melamine tableware comprises (i) adding melamine and 36% formaldehyde solution to the reactor, adding hexamethylenetetramine to it, stirring and reacting for 5-12 minutes under the condition of 200-600 revolutions/minute rotating speed in room temperature environment, so that the melamine and formaldehyde solution are fully mixed evenly, (ii) raising the temperature to 80 degrees C and keeping the reaction until the mixed system of melamine and formaldehyde solution is clarified, obtaining soluble trimethylol compound of melamine, adding triethanolamine dropwise to it, adjusting the pH of the reaction system to 8-9, stabilizing the reaction system, and obtaining prepolymer dispersion, (iii) preparing modified filler, and (iv) modifying the surface of the modified filler with a silane coupling agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing finishing powder for manufacturing antibacterial and sterilization materials on surface of melamine tableware. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the uniformity of the dispersion of the modified filler in the molded synthetic resin; improves anti-cracking ability of the synthetic resin; and improves effective use time and use effect of the overprint powder layer formed after the overprint powder is pressed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing finishing powder for manufacturing antibacterial and sterilization materials on surface of melamine tableware comprises (i) adding melamine and 36% formaldehyde solution to the reactor, adding hexamethylenetetramine to it, stirring and reacting for 5-12 minutes under the condition of 200-600 revolutions/minute rotating speed in room temperature environment, so that the melamine and formaldehyde solution are fully mixed evenly, (ii) raising the temperature to 80 degrees C and keeping the reaction until the mixed system of melamine and formaldehyde solution is clarified, obtaining soluble trimethylol compound of melamine, adding triethanolamine dropwise to it, adjusting the pH of the reaction system to 8-9, stabilizing the reaction system, and obtaining prepolymer dispersion, (iii) preparing modified filler, (iv) modifying the surface of the modified filler with a silane coupling agent, (v) adding the modified filler prepared in the step (v) to the prepolymer dispersion prepared in the step (ii), and after the ultrasonic dispersion is uniform, heating to 70-75 degrees C and reacting for 1.5-2 hours to obtain a synthetic resin, and (vi) adding the synthetic resin prepared in the step (v) to the container and allowed to stand for aging, after curing the synthetic resin, and crushing the cured synthetic resin.
