NOVELTY - The light-emitting device has two electrodes (40) that are set on ends of graphite alkene material (10) respectively. The two poles of an acceleration electric field power supply (20) are connected with electrodes respectively. Two magnet units (32,34) are arranged perpendicularly in upper and lower surfaces of material to form magnetic field space. The poles of magnet unit are alternately arranged to produce alternate magnetic field in different directions. The curvilinear motion is performed by the free electrons of material in the accelerating electric field to produce photons. USE - Graphene light-emitting device. ADVANTAGE - Since the magnet units of the graphene light-emitting device produce alternate magnetic field in different directions, the curvilinear motion is performed by the free electrons of the graphite alkene material efficiently.
