▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The device has a substrate located at a bottom side of a micro-flow channel layer. A cover plate is located on upper side of the micro-flow channel layer. The substrate is provided with a laser-induced graphene pattern. The laser-induced graphene pattern is located on projection surface of liquid channel of the micro-flow channel layer. A liquid inlet and a liquid outlet connected with the liquid channel of the micro-flow channel layer are provided on a same detection device. A cooperative detecting device is provided with an electrochemical detection unit for detecting liquid components in the liquid channel. USE - Micro-fluid flow/velocity and component cooperative detecting device for detecting fluid flow rate and chemical components of a fluid in a microfluidic electrochemical detection system. ADVANTAGE - The device: utilizes the color change exhibited by the laser-induced graphene (LIG) substrate in the liquid and air environment to determine the position of the liquid; obtains the volume of the liquid; calculates the flow rate of the liquid in unit time; utilizes the electrochemical detection unit to collect the concentration signal of the component in measured liquid in the liquid channel in real time; calculates the concentration of the corresponding component in the liquid time change data; and establishes the coupling relationship between the liquid flow rate/velocity and the concentration changes of various components in the liquid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method for detecting coupling relationship between sweat flow/velocity and Na+ concentration in sweat by cooperative detection device.
