ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated nano-silver array flexible surface-enhanced Raman base material is convenient for sampling/detecting, and has good Raman enhancement effect and excellent chemical stability, high stability, high sensitivity, and fast detection of toxic organic chemicals, biological marker and pathogenic bacteria or virus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-coated nano-silver array flexible surface-enhanced Raman base material comprising: (A) adding nano-silver sol with organic phase, standing, and performing silver nanoparticles self-assembly to form nano-silver array; (B) transferring and assembling into flexible filter membrane surface to obtain nano-silver array flexible surface-enhanced Raman base material; (C) adding graphite powder and potassium permanganate to perchloric acid solution, water bath reacting at 50-70 degrees C, adding hydrogen peroxide, suction-filtering, washing, re-dispersed into distilled water, ultrasonically stripping, centrifuging, and collecting supernatant as graphene dispersion; and (D) coating graphene dispersion into surface of nano-silver array flexible surface-enhanced Raman base material.
