NOVELTY - The device has two mounting seats (1) which are fixedly connected with a mounting plate (2). A side wall of water tank (17) is fixedly connected with a heating sheet (18) and is fixedly connected with a steam pipe (19). The side wall of mounting plate is connected with a supporting plate (20) whose upper side wall is fixedly connected with a driving motor (21). An output end of the driving motor is connected with a side wall of a mounting column. A side wall of the mounting column is fixedly sleeved with a driving gear (22). An outer wall of a connecting pipe is fixedly sleeved with a driven gear (23) that is engaged with the driving gear. The upper side wall of the water tank is fixedly connected with a water injection pipe (36). The side wall of water tank is fixedly connected with a temperature display screen (42).
