▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process for separation of a metal graphene single layer carbon nanotubes (A) and semi-conductor graphene single layer nanotubes (B) comprises reacting a derivative of diazonium salt with a mixture of (A) and (B). USE - The process is useful for the separation of the metal graphene single layer carbon nanotubes and semi-conductor graphene single layer nanotubes. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and economic to separate (A) and (B). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a mixture of grafted (A) and (B) obtained by the process; and (2) a kit for the separation of (A) and (B) comprising: a solution containing at least one derivative of diazonium salt, in a first compartment and a solution containing at least one agent able to stop the reaction of derivative of diazonium salt to (A) and (B), by chemical grafting radical, in a second compartment; or diazonium salt or one of its precursor, in a first compartment, a compound comprising organic acid, sulfoxide or alcohol and their salts in a second compartment, and a solution comprising at least one agent able to stop the reaction of diazonium salt derivative to the mixture (A) and (B) by the chemical grafting radical, in a third compartment.
