NOVELTY - Continuously preparing graphene in the screw machine by using supercritical fluid comprises (i) pre-processing graphite raw material, (ii) uniformly mixing expanded graphite and starch, polyvinyl alcohol, polyols and dispersing agent, adding screw extruder, cutting, and respectively injecting different pressure, passing, continuously rotating transport screw machine head discharge port fast decompression, supercritical fluid completely expansion peeling the layers of graphite and (iii) ultrasonically cleaning the material in clean water, and drying. USE - The method is useful for continuously preparing graphene in the screw machine by using supercritical fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, convenient to operate, easy to popularize and suitable for large-scale production and is economical.
