NOVELTY - A graphene with porous structure, comprises layers of graphene structure units on which a hole-shaped structure (aperture of 0.1-200 nm) and a larger specific surface area (300-2000 m2/g) are provided. USE - Graphene for super capacitor and as conductive filling material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene comprising taking magnesium oxide (MgO), magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3), hydrotalcite compound and/or calcined products corresponding to these substances as catalysts, or taking MgO, Mg(OH)2, Al2O3, Al(OH)3, hydrotalcite compound or calcined products corresponding to these substances as carriers for carrying active ingredients in iron, cobalt, nickel and molybdenum as catalysts; and preparing the porous graphene by gas phase chemical deposition of hydrocarbon and inert gas (nitrogen, argon or helium gas) at 300-1000 degrees C.
