NOVELTY - A sealing assembly comprises first sealing sheet, supporting sheet and second sealing sheet set from front to back. The outer end of first sealing sheet exceeds outer end of second sealing sheet. The first sealing sheet comprises 1.5-25.3 wt.% graphene nanosheet, 15-22 wt.% fly ash microbead and balance PTFE powder. The second sealing sheet comprises 2.5-3.5 wt.% graphene nanosheet, 23-28 wt.% fly ash microbead and balance PTFE powder. USE - Heating surface rotary air pre-heater sealing assembly. ADVANTAGE - The heated surface rotary air pre-heater and sealing assembly is capable of realizing self-sealing air preheater, simple structure and durable. The sealing component can satisfy the rigidity requirement, but also can provide a certain elastic deformation space, according to the deformation of the rotor self-adaptively changing the structure, to compensate the change of the sealing space. The first sealing sheet and the second sealing sheet form two labyrinth sealing, improving the sealing performance.
