NOVELTY - Preparing graphene anticorrosive paint comprises adding the modified graphene into the polyisocyanate for high temperature reaction, then adding polyol, catalyst and chain extender under the protection of nitrogen under high temperature reaction, adding silane coupling agent, deionized water, and ethylenediamine for emulsification reaction to obtain graphene anti-corrosive paint. USE - The graphene anti-corrosive paint is useful for coated on the surface of the neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides a surface treatment process with simple process device and low cost, improving corrosion resistance of neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene anticorrosive paint prepared by above-mentioned method.
