NOVELTY - Preparing modified polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber comprises (i) uniformly mixing the graphene/bagasse mixture with polyacrylonitrile spinning solution, forming spinning raw liquid,(ii) preparing spinning raw liquid into modified polyacrylonitrile precursor by spinning process, and (iii) pre-oxidizing the modified polyacrylonitrile precursor, and carrying out low temperature carbonization and high temperature carbonization treatment in the protective atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of agglomeration of graphene by mixing graphene with bagasse, and improves the comprehensive performance of carbon fiber.
