NOVELTY - The method involves forming a cleaning surface of a substrate. A single-layer graphene is formed by a mechanical stripping process. An adhesion is arranged on a substrate insulating layer. Horizontal size of the single-layer graphene is determined. A magnetic insulator nano-sheet is selected. A non-magnetic insulator nano-sheet is provided with a sheet-shaped or strip-shaped structure. The magnetic insulator nano-sheet is pressed on an electron beam resist sheet. A metal electrode is formed on the single-layer graphene. A buffer layer and metal layer are plated for forming a graphene device. USE - Method for manufacturing a spin-polarized generating-type graphene device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding damage occurrence of graphene caused by spin coating, improving production yield and graphene spin polarization efficiency, regulating coupling effect of the single-layer graphene and the non-magnetic insulator nano-sheet in a convenient manner, and manufacturing a spin-polarized generating-type graphene device in cost-effective, convenient, flexible and efficient manner, improving popularization value in an easy manner.
