▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Continuously producing graphene involves using two sections of tubular reactors for intercalation-micro oxidation reaction, mixing crystalline flake graphite with concentrated sulfuric acid in the first section of the tubular reactor at low temperature for one time. The temperature of the two-section tube reactor is increased to a certain temperature, adding potassium permanganate, and performing the secondary reaction. The material of the dual-section pipe type reactor is pressurized by the pump, after heating by the fast heater, flashing the flash evaporator, and the gas phase goes to tail-removing processing system, after collecting the powder washing by acid washing for three times to obtain the product graphene. USE - Method for continuously producing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method uses a tubular reactor as the main reactor, which ensures continuous process, is easy to realize automatic operation with low labor intensity and stable product quality. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of a production process of a continuous production of graphene.
