USE - Method for preparing functionalized graphene intercalated polymerized polyester composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the peeling effect of the graphene by intercalating and modifying the graphene, improves the spinnability of the fiber and has excellent antibacterial and antistatic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing functionalized graphene intercalated in-situ polymerized polyester composite fiber by (i) placing the functionalized graphene in ethylene glycol, shearing, stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersed graphene slurry, where the functionalized graphene is prepared by (a) adding 1-5 pts. wt. graphite oxide to 100-200 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, and alternately combining shear stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to form a uniform dispersion, (b) heating the above dispersion at 80-90 degrees C, adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. peroxydiacid reagent every 20-30 hours, and reacting for 24-72 hours under stirring condition, and (c) cooling the above-mentioned mixed solution to normal temperature, suction filtering the solid product, washing it with N,N-dimethylformamide and ethanol solvent to remove impurities and vacuum-drying at 55-65 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain functionalized graphene, (ii) placing the graphene slurry, terephthalic acid and polymerization catalyst in a reactor for beating, performing esterification and polycondensation reactions, and pelletizing under water after discharging to prepare graphene modified polyester chips and (iii) using a melt spinning process, extruding the graphene-modified polyester chips, spinning and stretching to prepare the graphene-polyester composite fiber.
