▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transferring graphene by a wet method comprises (i) coating a surface of graphene grown on a metal foil with a layer of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) to form a metal/graphene/PMMA, (ii) heat curing the PMMA on the surface of the grapheme, (iii) etching the metal substrate to transfer the metal/graphene/PMMA to the target substrate, (iv) coating a layer of PMMA on the surface of the transferred graphene/PMMA and heating and curing, and (v) removing PMMA to obtain a target substrate/graphene. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene by a wet method. ADVANTAGE - The method: prevents the occurrence of cracks and wrinkles; and removes the PMMA on the surface of the graphene more thoroughly.
