NOVELTY - A low-temperature ceramic silicone rubber composite material composition comprises 10-50 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 5-25 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 1-10 pts. wt. fluxing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.1-1 pt. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-7.5 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, and 0.5-5 pts. wt. silicone oil. USE - Low-temperature ceramic silicone rubber composite material composition used for producing extruded products and molded products. ADVANTAGE - The low-temperature ceramic silicon rubber composite material composition is non-toxic and odorless at normal temperature, has easily controllable quality, and excellent mechanical properties. The preparation is simple, inexpensive and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of low-temperature ceramic silicone rubber composite material composition, which involves (s1) adding silicone rubber, fluxing agent, flame retardant, reinforcing agent and silicone oil in kneading machine for mixing to obtain a mixture, (s2) adding ceramic powder in kneader, and uniformly mixing with the mixture to form base rubber, (s3) milling the base rubber in an open mill, and adding vulcanizing agent to obtain ceramic silicone rubber, and (s4) vulcanizing and processing the ceramic silicone rubber into rubber products.
