NOVELTY - A household rubber material contains 2-3 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 17-20 pts. wt. talc powder, 20-30 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, 3-4 pts. wt. P-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 14-20 pts. wt. 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrite, 43-50 pts. wt. styrene, 1.7-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent N,N'-m-phenyl dimaleimide, 2-3 pts. wt. tetramethoxymethylglycol, 7-9 pts. wt. zirconium fluoride, 4-6 pts. wt. dimethylaminopropylamine and 4-6 pts. wt. glycerol. USE - Household rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material is environmentally-friendly and has high non-toxic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The household rubber material comprises 2-3 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 17-20 pts. wt. talc powder, 20-30 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, 3-4 pts. wt. P-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 14-20 pts. wt. 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrite, 43-50 pts. wt. styrene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 210-300 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 3-4 pts. wt. antioxidant 1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethyl-6-ethoxyquinoline, 1.7-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent N,N'-m-phenyl dimaleimide, 2-3 pts. wt. tetramethoxymethylglycol, 7-9 pts. wt. zirconium fluoride, 4-6 pts. wt. dimethylaminopropylamine and 4-6 pts. wt. glycerol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of household rubber material, which involves adding graphene oxide to deionized water at a weight of 900-1000 times, ultrasonically treating for 27-30 minutes to obtain graphene suspension, adding sodium borohydride to weight of 15-20 times water, stirring evenly, dripping aqueous solution of sodium carbonate having concentration of 4-6%, adjusting pH to 9-10, mixing with graphene suspension, heating at 80-86 degrees C for 60-70 minutes, cooling at room temperature, ultrasonically treating for 10-20 minutes to obtain pre-reduced graphene, adding sodium nitrite to weight 170-200 times of water, cooling at 2-3 degrees C, adding p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and hydrochloric acid, adding into the ice bath, stirring reaction for 30-40 minutes, discharging, dripping pre-reduced graphene, stirring at room temperature for 100-120 minutes to obtain sulfonated graphene, mixing sulfonated graphene and styrene, ultrasonically treating for 10-20 minutes, adding potassium persulfate, stirring evenly, introducing nitrogen, stirring mixture at 70-76 degrees C for 6-7 hours, adding hydrazine hydrate, raising temperature to 80-85 degrees C, heat preserving for 20-25 hours, cooling at room temperature, filtering, feeding precipitate into blast oven, drying, discharging to obtain polystyrene graphene composite, mixing polystyrene graphene composite material, butadiene rubber, dioctyl sebacate and talc powder, plasticating at 46-50 degrees C for 2-3 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, mixing for 4-6 minutes, placing resulting rubber on a two-roll mill, mixing at 30-40 degrees C for 6-10 minutes, discharging rubber material at room temperature for 20-25 hours, adding into the flat vulcanizing machine, and carrying out vulcanization at 150-155 degrees C.
