NOVELTY - Wear-resistant graphene masterbatch comprises 40-50 pts. wt. resin, 10-15 pts. wt. pre-treated nano-graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-2 pts. wt. light stabilizer. USE - The masterbatch is useful for polyethylene pipe. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch: has high wear-resistance and pressure-resistance, less dosage, higher pigment concentration, higher utilization rate, uniform coloring and small overall color difference; and improves coloring ability of nano-graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the masterbatch, comprising: (i) placing raw materials into mixer, and uniformly stirring at 100-200 revolutions/minute to obtain mixed material-A; (ii) adding mixed material-A into internal mixer, processing and banburying at 140-165 degrees C to obtain mixed material-B; (iii) sending mixed material-B into double-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at 180-195 degrees C under screw rotating speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute to obtain wear-resistant graphene masterbatch base material; and (iv) pouring wear-resistant graphene masterbatch base material into discharging cavity (231) of drying device, opening valve-I and electromagnetic valve-II, introducing wear-resistant graphene masterbatch base material into drying cylinder, closing electromagnetic valve-II, starting second motor, driving third rotating shaft to rotate, so that third rotating shaft drives spiral stirring piece to rotate, stirring wear-resistant graphene masterbatch base material in drying cylinder, starting hot-air blower, drying wear-resistant graphene masterbatch base material in drying cylinder through air inlet, discharging dried moisture from air outlet main hole, starting hot-air blower and servo motor (7), driving drying mechanism (4) to rotate forward and backward, starting first motor (21) to drive first rotating shaft (22) to rotate, so that first rotating shaft drives mounting mechanism and drying mechanism to rotate around vertical central axis of first rotating shaft, vibrating wear-resistant graphene masterbatch base material in drying cylinder through relative movement of first semicircular bump and second semicircular bump, drying, opening electromagnetic valve-I, and discharging wear-resistant graphene masterbatch through discharging pipe.
