NOVELTY - The device has a film solar battery (5) formed on a graphene film (6) by supplying solar light to the graphene film. The graphene film is connected with wires (4). An end of the wire is connected with a terminal module (3).The graphene film is unfolded by multiple conductors. The terminal module is provided with a lead controller and an electronic gun. A satellite platform monitors fragments of an outer space, and is connected with a cleaning device, where Lorentz force on a running track is reduced while accelerating space debris. USE - Lorentz force based graphene film covered space debris cleaning device. ADVANTAGE - The device cleans more space debris at low cost, and has high current charged in magnetic field, and avoids requirement thousands of meters or even tens of kilometer cable.
