NOVELTY - The element has a glass fiber layer. A graphene coating is printed on one side of the glass fiber layer surface. An electrode is arranged in the glass fiber layer. The graphene coating includes graphene, a dispersant and a binding agent. The described graphene coating is divided into three layers from bottom to top. The ratio of graphene and binder in the first layer of graphene coating is (4-6):(6-4). The ratio of graphene and binding agent in the second layer of graphene coating is (7-10):(3-0) and the content of binding agent is not 0. The ratio of graphene and binder in the third layer of graphene coating is (0-3):(10-7). USE - Graphene-based electric heating element for use in flexible electric heating substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based electric heating element has high heat efficiency, high comprehensive performance, stronger applicability, high heat conversion efficiency, and excellent electric heating performance, and can effectively avoid the breakpoint fault. The composite technique with the glass fiber is simple and easy, and effectively reduces the mounting cost and the use cost at the same time, high reaction activity of graphene makes it convenient to overlap with other functions, improving user life experience, designing and preparing graphene base heating flexible electric heating substrate and for household heating feasibility is high.
