NOVELTY - The armor material is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene in alcoholic solution to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution, adding superalloy powder to graphene/alcohol mixed solution, heating, mixing to obtain semi-solid paste-type graphene/superalloy mixed powder, drying, mixing mixed powder to obtain agglomerated mixed powder. The superalloy comprises 40-60 parts mass carbon, 15-25 parts mass silicon, 2-10 parts mass manganese, 1-5 parts mass nitrogen, 1-3 parts mass sulfur, 1-3 parts mass phosphorus, 10-16 parts mass copper and 20-35 parts mass iron. USE - Armor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The armor material has uniform dispersibility and adjustable process control effect, and is prepared by simple process at low material preparation cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Armor material is prepared by (1) weighing graphene and superalloy powder, (2) ultrasonically dispersing graphene in alcoholic solution for 0.5-1.0 hours to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution, (3) adding superalloy powder to graphene/alcohol mixed solution, stirring at 100-500 rpm, heating at 40-60 degrees C, mixing for 1-2 hours to obtain semi-solid paste-type graphene/superalloy mixed powder, (4) drying at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, (5) mixing the dried graphene/superalloy mixed powder to obtain agglomerated mixed powder. The superalloy comprises 40-60 parts mass carbon, 15-25 parts mass silicon, 2-10 parts mass manganese, 1-5 parts mass nitrogen, 1-3 parts mass sulfur, 1-3 parts mass phosphorus, 10-16 parts mass copper and 20-35 parts mass iron.
