▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene mxene-silicon-containing composite secondary battery cathode material, comprises surface-modifying the silicon particles with an alkoxysilane-based surface modifier to obtain silicon particles surface-modified with an alkoxysilane-based surface modifier; ultrasonically dispersing the silicon particles surface-modified with the alkoxysilane-based surface modifier, graphene oxide, Ti3C2Tx (mxene: transition metal carbide material) and lithium titanate in a solvent, and freeze-drying and pulverizing to obtain graphene-mxene-silicon composite material powder; and calcining the graphene-mxene-silicon composite material powder, cooling and mixing with a fluorine-based polymer. USE - The graphene-mxene-silicon-containing composite secondary battery cathode material is useful for applying on a current collector using electrospray method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-mxene-silicon-containing composite secondary battery cathode material has high electrical conductivity, excellent mechanical strength, high stability e.g. reduction in volume expansion rate and high charge-discharge capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-mxene-silicon-containing composite secondary battery cathode material produced by above method.
