▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has a first wave-guide structure located above a second wave-guide structure. The second wave-guide structure is provided with a lower layer of a first dielectric medium and a graphene. The graphene is paved on the first dielectric medium. The first wave-guide structure is provided with a second dielectric medium that is located on the graphene. A third dielectric medium is placed on the second dielectric medium, where refractive index of the first dielectric medium and the second dielectric medium is in range of about 1 to 2 and refractive index of the third dielectric medium is greater than about 2. USE - Graphene based hybrid plasmonene wave-guide structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure is constrained in a terahertz wave band mode, and utilizes graphene to generate plasmons so as to adjust a mode.
