NOVELTY - The production method of automobile interior plastic component involves using 100 pts. wt. polycaprolactam, 10-20 pts. wt. polypropylene, 20-30 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 10-12 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. non-ethylene-propylene rubber, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. light stabilizer, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. antibacterial agent, 20-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. anti-yellowing agent, 0.3-0.9 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. coupling agent, and 0.5-2 pt. wt. anti-aging agent. USE - Production of automobile interior plastic component such as interior and exterior casing, steering wheel, guide tubing, handle, buttons, pre-stretching cover, armrest cover plate, big chair knee back plate, rear armrest channel, and inlay trim frame. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the production of automobile interior plastic component having excellent mechanical property, flame retardant property, anti-yellowing property, and light aging resistance, by simple process at low cost.
