▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/fiber reinforced polymer composite material comprises graphene, fibers and polymer, and the graphene is a functionalized graphene whose surface is grafted as a nitrogen-phosphorus compound i.e. N,N'-dimethyl-p-phenylphosphonic diamide compound (I). USE - The composite material is useful for preparing graphene/fiber-reinforced polymer composite molded body. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent mechanical strength, flame retardancy, durability, small specific gravity, and large deformation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene/fiber reinforced polymer composite material comprises graphene, fibers and polymer, and the graphene is a functionalized graphene whose surface is grafted as a nitrogen-phosphorus compound i.e. N,N'-dimethyl-p-phenylphosphonic diamide compound of formula (I). m and n = 2-5; A1, B1, C1, A2, B2 and C2 = H, -CH3, -CH2CH3, CH2CH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2, -CO-CH3, -CO-CH2CH3 or -COCH2CH2CH3; and A3, B3 and C3 = H, -CH3, -CH2CH3, -CH2CH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2, -O-CH3 or -OCH2CH3. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene/fiber-reinforced polymer composite molded body comprising press molding by graphene/fiber reinforced polymer composite material; and (2) cover plate comprising cover body including panel and two spaced apart support plates formed on the bottom surface of the panel, the panel and two supporting plates form holding space, in the containing space for introducing in and taking out the way of filling with filling body, and the filling body comprises many of different types of sub-layers, the cover body is made of press molding a graphene/fiber-reinforced polymer composite material.
