NOVELTY - Preparing cotton-type polyester Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) composite yarn textile comprises e.g. preparing modified nylon yarn using carboxy-containing graphene oxide as a raw material to prepare modified graphene oxide, mixing with nylon 6 chips, and performing melt spinning, adding pre-dried nylon 6 chips and modified graphene oxide to the mixing device and mixing to obtain a premix, and drying at 65 degrees C for 1 hour, melting the premix under the heating and shearing of a screw extruder to obtain a spinning melt, spinning the spinning melt, entering the spinning box for spinning, and ejecting the monofilament from the spinneret, winding the monofilament, which is pre-networked first, and finally winding into shape to obtain modified nylon yarn, winding twisting e.g. silk, polyester, viscose yarn, modified nylon yarn, high-strength polyethylene staple fiber, acrylic yarn, acrolein yarn, milk protein yarn. USE - The composite yarn textile is useful for woolen sweater, woolen trousers, woolen vest, scarf, hat and gloves and various spring and autumn clothing products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: shortens the dissolution time of the polyethylene spinning solution; reduces the yarn breakage rate; improves the preparation quality of cotton-feel composite yarns and textiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing cotton-type polyester Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) composite yarn textile comprises (1) preparing modified nylon yarn using carboxy-containing graphene oxide as a raw material to prepare modified graphene oxide, mixing with nylon 6 chips, and performing melt spinning, adding pre-dried nylon 6 chips and modified graphene oxide to the mixing device and mixing to obtain a premix, and drying at 65 degrees C for 1 hour, melting the premix under the heating and shearing of a screw extruder to obtain a spinning melt, spinning the spinning melt, entering the spinning box for spinning, and ejecting the monofilament from the spinneret, winding the monofilament, which is pre-networked first, and finally winding into shape to obtain modified nylon yarn, winding twisting silk, polyester, viscose yarn, modified nylon yarn, high-strength polyethylene staple fiber, acrylic yarn, acrolein yarn, milk protein yarn, and HEPE yarn into a composite primary yarn by traditional spinning technology, (2) pouring the plant natural dye into the dye bucket, adding deionized water, and mixing to prepare a natural dye solution, directly immersing in the natural dye solution, the prepared natural dye is 8%, and the temperature is 60 degrees C, dyeing time is 25 minutes, bath ratio is 1:10, after taking out the composite nascent yarn, soaping at 60 degrees C for 10 minutes, at 40 degrees after drying, and completing the dyeing, (3) dyeing the composite nascent yarn, mixing with the wool machine at least 3 times, the feeding amount and the thickness of the layer is within 15 cm, the number of turns over is more than 2 times, adding the wool during the process, and adding 3.5 wt.% pure oil, (4) spinning the composite pure yarn, after the color strip, using needles for sliver making, three or four needles for combing, three needles for front spinning, four needles for front spinning, roving, ring spun yarn, and spinning single yarn after winding, (5) winding, doubling and twisting the worsted composite primary yarn to form composite yarn, the speed of winding is 500 rotations/minute, the speed of doubling is 350 rotations/minute, and the speed of two-for-one twisting is 4500 rotations/minute, the twist of the composite yarn is 245T/M, and the twisting direction is S to obtain cotton textiles made of polyester and ammonia composite yarns. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for cotton-type polyester Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) composite yarn textile comprising 10 wt.% silk, 15 wt.% polyester, 5 wt.% viscose yarn, 15 wt.% nylon yarn, 10 wt.% high-strength polyethylene staple fiber, 5 wt.% acrylic yarn, 10 wt.% chitosan yarn, 20 wt.% milk protein yarn and 10 wt.% high density polyethylene yarn.
