NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength graphene material involves placing the graphene oxide macroscopic material in a metal salt solution for 1-5 seconds of immersion treatment and then stretching treatment to obtain a graphene oxide hydrogel. The concentration of the metal salt is 0.2-2 mol/L, and the solvent of the metal salt is a polar solvent. The stretching rate is 20-60%, and the stretching is continued for 3-5 seconds to keep the graphene oxide sheets aligned, and obtained the dewrinkled graphene oxide material after drying. USE - Method for preparing high-strength graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method is based on the coordination cross-linking effect of metal ions and graphene oxide, enhances the interlayer crosslinking of graphene oxide, provides stronger interlayer force, withstand a large tensile load so that the graphene oxide sheets are arranged in a straight line, and endowing the graphene material with excellent properties of high strength and high modulus, and has wide application prospects.
