NOVELTY - Functional fiber comprises 1-2 pts. wt. nano graphene composite material, 40-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-3 pts. wt. microencapsulated natural oil and 280-330 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Functional fiber for graphene far infrared waist protection. ADVANTAGE - The functional fiber has good antibacterial and ultra-violet resistant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing nano graphene composite material, which involves adding de-ionized water and water soluble lecithin, stirring the obtained mixture uniformly, adding amount of 1/5 nano graphene into the solution A, adjusting pH value to 8.5-9.5 to obtain material B, taking de-ionized water of the rest quantity, adding adhesive,heating the obtained mixture at 70-80 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, stirring uniformly to obtain material C, drying the obtained mixture at 1300-1500 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling the obtained mixture at room temperature and grinding the obtained mixture; and (2) a method for preparing functional fiber, which involves adding de-ionized water and polyvinyl alcohol, heating the obtained mixture at 80-90 degrees C for 3-4 hours, stirring the obtained mixture at 3200-3600r/min for 14-20 minutes, adding natural oil in the obtained mixture, filtering and defoaming to obtain spinning raw solution, where spinning temperature is 85-95 degrees C and coagulating bath temperature is 40-50 degrees C and stretching the obtained product for 3-4 times.
