▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced niobium/niobium silicide composite material, comprises (i) adding graphene or graphene oxide into anhydrous ethanol to perform ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 30 minutes to 10 hours to obtain homogeneously dispersed graphene or graphene oxide ethanol dispersion, (ii) filling niobium powder and silicon powder into a planetary ball mill tank, (iii) dropping the prepared dispersion into the ball mill tank, adding the steel balls into the ball mill tank according to certain ball-to-material ratio, and ball milling at certain speed and time to obtain powder material having uniform dispersion of graphene, niobium powder and silicon powder, (iv) drying the obtained powder material to obtain dry powder material, and (v) placing the obtained powder material in a high-strength graphite mold, and perform vacuum discharge plasma sintering under certain degree of vacuum at certain temperature and pressure for certain time to obtain final product. USE - The composite material is useful as key high-temperature structural material in aircraft engines. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent high temperature performance and anti-oxidation performance; and utilizes graphene as high performance functional material, which has super-strong mechanical property and improves combat performance of the aircraft.
