NOVELTY - Fireproof flexible escape channel material comprises 60 to 85 pts. wt. mixed fiber, 10 to 22 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.8 to 2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 7 to 15 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5 to 3 pts. wt. curing agent, 6 to 10 pts. wt. modified nylon, 3 to 6 pts. wt. toughening agent, and 12 to 25 pts. wt. polypropylene. USE - Fireproof flexible escape channel material. ADVANTAGE - The fireproof flexible escape channel material has excellent performance, high strength, high flame-retardant efficiency, halogen-free and non-toxic, good thermal stability, excellent anti-aging performance, high-temperature insulation performance, excellent comprehensive performance and ensures the safety and practicality of escape routes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fireproof flexible escape channel material, which involves: (A) reacting graphene oxide with 3% gamma -methacryltrimethoxysilane at 85 degrees C for 24 hours, then washing with deionized water three times; (B) vacuum-drying at 55 degrees C to obtain modified graphene oxide, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and gamma -methyl propylene trimethoxysilane is 1:25; (C) mixing modified graphene oxide with the polypropylene and the flame retardant solution to obtain a mixed auxiliary material; (D) weighing nano-carbon fiber, nano-ceramic fiber, filler, antioxidant, curing agent, modified nylon, toughening agent, and flame-retardant and mixing in a high-speed mixer for 15 to 25 minutes to obtain a mixture; (E) adding mixture to a twin-screw extruder, extruding at a high temperature of 140 to 160 degrees C, and cooling and pelletizing to obtain a fireproof composite material, where temperature of the twin screw extruder is set to one area is 180-185 degrees C, and the second area is 185-190 degrees C, three area 185-190 degrees C, four area is 190-195 degrees C, five area is 195-200 degrees C, sixth area is 200-205 degrees C, twin screw extruder screw is 300-400r/min; and (F) drying fireproof composite material in a drying oven at 60 degrees C for 24 hours and then molding to obtain fireproof flexible escape channel material.
