NOVELTY - A flexible strain sensor preparing method involves immersing a pre-treated nylon spandex fabric in a graphene oxide solution, standing still for 5-10 minutes, taking out the fabric and drying to obtain a graphene oxide/fabric composite material, immersing the graphene oxide/fabric composite material in a hydrazine hydrate mixed solution, performing heat-reduction for utilizing a water bath method, washing with deionized water and drying to obtain a graphene/fabric composite material, immersing the graphene/fabric composite material in the carbon nanotube solution, leaving it for 5-10 minutes, taking out the fabric and drying to obtain the graphene/carbon nanotube/fabric composite material, transferring the graphene/carbon nanotube/fabric composite to a prefabricated mold, coating the conductive silver paste, leading out the wires, and encapsulating with a polydimethylsiloxane solution, placing in an oven at 60 degrees C and curing for 12 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing flexible strain sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing flexible strain sensor with high stability, in simple, convenient and cost effective manner.
