NOVELTY - The method involves performing uncoiling process on a graphene oxide film. A surface of the graphene oxide film is covered with a copper foil. The graphene oxide film is etched in copper chloride etching solution. The surface of the graphene oxide film is washed by utilizing water to remove the copper foil. Drying process is performed on the graphene oxide film. Hot annealing process is performed on the graphene oxide thin film. The graphene oxide film is covered with a resin adhesive layer. Patterned graphene transparent conductive thin film is obtained. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene transparent conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing graphene transparent conductive film preparation time and cost and realizing large scale batch production of the graphene transparent conductive film. The method enables improving conductivity, flexibility and acid and alkali resistance of the graphene transparent conductive film in an effective manner.
