▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method for rapidly determining free formaldehyde in textiles involves: mixing and grinding the textile sample and the filler, and filling the mixture into a matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) pipe (5); inserting a section of cotton swab head (6) provided with metal wires into the bottom of the MSPD pipe, where the upper end of the cotton swab head is arranged inside the MSPD pipe, the lower end of the cotton swab head is arranged outside the MSPD pipe, the cotton swab head is in a triangular cone shape, the lower end of the cotton swab head is a pointed end, a layer of graphene oxide is coated on the surface of the lower part of the cotton swab head, and a dansyl hydrazide reagent and a formic acid solution are dropwise added above the cotton swab head; manufacturing a sample frame (1) comprising a transverse rod (2) and two supporting legs (3); and loading the sample rack into a direct analysis in real time (DART) moving track. The sample frame is polylactic acid material. USE - Method for rapidly determining free formaldehyde in textiles. ADVANTAGE - The MSPD pipes are placed in a three dimensional printing sample frame, where the sample frame can be placed on a DART moving track for sample collection, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved. In the step of analyzing and determining the sample, the high-resolution mass spectrometry technology is adopted for detection, and the accurate qualitative determination can be realized by adopting the first-level accurate mass number and the second-level fragment ions. The method realizes the online combination of MSPD extraction and DART-MS, has simple and quick pretreatment and high sensitivity, and is suitable for quickly determining the formaldehyde in the textile.
