NOVELTY - A graphene-based silk fibroin hydrogel comprises a graphene and hydrogel of modified silk fibroin. The modified silk fibroin is obtained by freeze-drying the silk fibroin, and dissolving. The re-dissolving solvent is hexafluoroisopropanol solution. The hydrogel of the modified silk fibroin is obtained by freeze-drying the silk fibroin, dissolving in hexafluoroisopropanol solution, dripping ultrapure water, leaving still, and culturing. USE - Graphene-based silk fibroin hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based high-strength high-conductivity silk fibroin hydrogel promotes the transformation of the random coil structure in silk fibroin to the ( beta )-sheet form, uniformly permeates graphene into the interior of the silk fibroin hydrogel, and has excellent mechanical property and skin-friendly property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene-based silk fibroin hydrogel, which involves (1) rapidly freezing the silk fibroin aqueous solution in a low temperature-environment, and vacuum freeze-drying to obtain silk fibroin porous material, (2) adding the prepared silk fibroin porous material to the hexafluoroisopropanol solution, and stirring to completely dissolve to obtain silk fibroin redissolution solution, and (3) dripping ultra-pure aqueous solution of graphene to the prepared silk fibroin redissolution solution while stirring, placing in a constant temperature and humidity environment, leaving still until gelation, and washing with water to remove solvent.
