NOVELTY - Antifriction lubricating rubber material comprises calcined kaolin, polydimethylsiloxane, antioxidant SP, antioxidant RD, tricresyl phosphate, graphene oxide, sodium borohydride, p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, sodium nitrite, styrene, potassium persulfate, hydrazine hydrate, butadiene rubber, curing agent PM, polysorbate 80, hydroxy cellulose acetate, sodium carboxymethlycellulose, amino tris(methylene phosphonic acid), 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline, molybdenum boride and potassium fluorotitanate. USE - Used as antifriction lubricating rubber material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antifriction lubricating rubber material comprises 10-13 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 1-2 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant SP, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant RD, 24-30 pts. wt. tricresyl phosphate, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, 3-4 pts. wt. p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, 14-20 pts. wt. 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrite, 43-50 pts. wt. styrene, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 210-300 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 1.7-2 pts. wt. curing agent PM, 1-2 pts. wt. polysorbate 80, 3-4 pts. wt. hydroxy cellulose acetate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethlycellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. amino tris(methylene phosphonic acid), 1-2 pts. wt. 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline, 2-3 pts. wt. molybdenum boride and 1-2 pts. wt. potassium fluorotitanate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antifriction lubricating rubber material comprising (i) adding potassium fluorotitanate into deionized water at a weight of 30-47 times, stirring, adding hydroxy cellulose acetate, heating at 60-67 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 10-14 minutes, adding calcined kaolin, adding 3-5mol/l hydrochloric acid, adjusting the pH to 2-3, stirring reaction for 30-40 minutes, mixing graphene oxide, stirring, filtering, washing the precipitate with water for 3-4 times, vacuum drying at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain composite graphene, (ii) adding composite graphene into deionized water at a weight of 900-1000 times and subjecting into ultrasonicaction for 27-30 minutes to obtain graphene suspension, (iii) adding 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline into 10-14 times the weight of absolute ethanol, stirring, then elevating temperature at 60-70 degrees C, adding polydimethylsiloxane, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding 30-40 wt.% styrene, stirring to room temperature to obtain styrene solution, (iv) adding sodium carboxymethlycellulose into 17-20 times weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, and adding polysorbate 80, stirring the mixture at 50-60 degrees C for 3-4 minutes to obtain fiber emulsion, (v) adding the above sodium borohydride into 15-20 times weight of water, stirring, dropping aqueous solution of sodium carbonate at concentration of 4-6 wt.%, adjusting the pH to 9-10, mixing with graphene suspension, heating at 80-86 degrees C for 60-70 minutes, cooling to room temperature, performing ultrasonic for 10-20 minutes to obtain pre-reduced graphene, (vi) adding sodium nitrite into 170-200 times weight of water, cooling to 2-3 degrees C, adding mixture of p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid and 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid into ice water bath, stirring reaction for 30-40 minutes and adding the mixture to pre-reduced graphene, adding fiber emulsion and stirring at room temperature for 100-120 minutes to obtain sulfonated graphene, (vii) mixing sulfonated graphene and the remaining styrene for 10-20 minutes, adding potassium persulfate, stirring uniformly, introducing nitrogen, stirring at 70-76 degrees C for 6-7 hours, adding hydrazine hydrate, raising the temperature at 80-85 degrees C, insulating for 20-25 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, adding the precipitate into blast oven, drying completely, discharging the material to obtain polystyrene graphene composites, and (viii) mixing polystyrene graphene composite material, butadiene rubber, tricresyl phosphate and amino tris(methylene phosphonic acid), mixed, blending at 46-50 degrees C for 2-3 minutes, adding the remaining raw materials, mixing for 4-6 minutes, placing the resulting rubber on the two-roll mill, kneading at 30-40 degrees C for 6-10 minutes, discharging the material, allowing to stand for 20-25 hours, adding into flat vulcanizing machine, carrying out vulcanization at 150-155 degrees C to obtain final product.
