NOVELTY - High heat-conducting silicon rubber cable material comprises 10-30 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 40-60 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. polydopamine modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. boron nitride, 1-3 pts. wt. silicone masterbatch and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - The material is useful for in photovoltaic power generation system.. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent heat-conducting performance and improves the flame retardant and mechanical performance of the cable material, and realizes the cable material meets the IEC62930 and UL4703 dual standard. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high heat-conducting silicon rubber cable material, comprising (i) mixing the silicon rubber, flame retardant, poly-dopamine modified graphene, boron nitride, optionally compatibilizer, optionally ground stabilizer, silicone master batch, silane coupling agent and optionally antioxidant, and extruding to obtain mixed particles; and (ii) preparing the mixed particles obtained in the step (i) into wire, and performing irradiation crosslinking to the wire.
