NOVELTY - An activated carbon-based air purifying material comprises 10-80 pts. wt. nanomaterial, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-30 pts. wt. surfactant, 500-2000 pts. wt. deionized water, 10-50 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 10-50 pts. wt. lignin, 10-100 pts. wt. alkaline compound, 200-1000 pts. wt. alkali compound, 10-80 pts. organic macromolecule rubber powder, and 500-2000 pts. wt. organic macromolecule rubber powder. USE - Activated carbon-based air purifying material. ADVANTAGE - The active carbon-based air purifying material has high specific surface area, good ventilation property, high filtering efficiency, and excellent secondary forming processing ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of activated carbon-based air purifying material comprising (1) weighing nano material, graphene oxide and surfactant, adding deionized water, mixing uniformly, adjusting the vacuum degree and temperature, and stirring to make complete the reaction and obtain mixed solution A; (2) weighing lignin, and alkaline compound, adding 300 pts. wt. deionized water, stirring and dissolving at constant temperature to obtain mixed solution B; (3) pouring the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B into the reaction kettle; uniformly mixing, and heating to make the reaction complete; (4) after cooling, filtering, drying the obtained solid filter residue, under the protection of inert atmosphere, calcining, cooling, crushing, and sieving; and (5) adding organic macromolecule glue powder and antibacterial agent, mixing uniformly, melting, and spinning by a screw extruder.
