▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Optical fiber sensing device includes an amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) light source (1), an optical fiber coupler (2), a sensing unit (3), an ultrasonic conversion device (4), a photoelectric converter (5), and a signal processing module (6). The silicon ring is made by cutting a single crystal silicon wafer with a ultraviolet (UV) cutting machine. The quartz diaphragm is made of ammonium fluorosilicate ((NH4)2SiF6) purified liquid placed in a water bath, stirred and heated to a certain temperature, added with fluorosilicate ammonia solution and 26 wt.% ammonia. The graphene is prepared by liquid phase exfoliation method. The natural graphite, sulfuric acid, and potassium dichromate are uniformly mixed, and fully reacted in a 100 degrees C water bath, and then the reaction solution is washed with ionized water, filtered, dried at 50 degrees C, and dried. The powder undergoes expansion treatment at 1200 degrees C for 10 seconds, and then puts it in the N-methylpyrichromone solvent. USE - Optical fiber sensing device. ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, and has high working efficiency, and increases frequency band of ultrasonic wave and realizes real-time voltage monitoring process.
