NOVELTY - The system has a temperature monitoring system arranged at different components of a blade for monitoring real-time temperature of the blade. A composite heating film system is arranged on a surface of the blade for heating the blade and preventing and removing ice. A total temperature control system is electrically connected with the composite heating film system through a circuit system. The total temperature control system is connected with the temperature monitoring system for monitoring temperature of the blade and timely heating the blade. USE - Carbon nano tube-graphene composite anti-icing and de-icing system for a wind power blade. ADVANTAGE - The system has light weight and low cost and energy consumption, and distributes the composite heating film system at different components of the blade corresponding to the temperature monitoring system for heating the blade in an easy manner, connects the temperature monitoring system with the composite heating film system and the total temperature control system so as to monitor temperature of each component of the blade in real time manner, and maintains temperature of the blade at 2 degrees Celsius by the temperature control system so as to independently heat the component with low temperature of the blade in an easy manner, thus improving de-icing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a carbon nano tube-graphene composite anti-icing and de-icing system of a wind power blade.
