▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A non-stick pan coating comprises 16-25 pts. wt. modified quartz powder, 20-35 pts. wt. silane, 5-10 pts. wt. fluorosilane, 1-3 pts. wt. titanium carbonitride, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. pigment, 8-15 pts. wt. filler, 1-6 pts. wt. surfactant, 2-6 pts. wt. pH regulator, and 0.5-2.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - A non-stick pan coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved high temperature resistance and mechanical performance, does not easily scuffed, is easy to prepare, and is inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the non-stick pan coating, comprising: (A) pre-heating and drying quartz powder 90-140 degrees C for 3-4 hours, adding 1-1.5 mass% aqueous ammonia solution, stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours, filtering out quartz powder, drying, adding 0.2-4.5 mass% coupling agent, stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, filtering out quartz powder, vacuum-drying at 0.06-0.09 MPa and 80-100 degrees C hours for 1-4 hours, and heating at 130-180 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain the modified quartz powder; (B) uniformly stirring modified quartz powder, silane, fluorosilane, titanium carbonitride, and graphene, and ball-milling or ultrasonic dispersing for 3-4 hours to obtain mixture A; (C) adding filler to mixture A, and ball-milling to a particle size of 800-1000 meshes of particle powder as mixture B; and (D) adding pigment, surfactant, pH regulator, and antifoaming agent in material B, high-speed dispersing, storing at 100-120 degrees C and at a relative humidity of 60-80% for 12-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, sealing, and packing.
