▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultra-long-acting double metamorphism of hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy comprises (i) configuring the hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy; (ii) preparing fluorine salt and carbon powder weight according to the total weight of the aluminum-silicon alloy in the formula as specified; (iii) adding the configured aluminum and silicon materials into the intermediate frequency reactor to melt, adding the configured potassium fluoroborate and potassium fluorotitanate for reaction, adding graphene for reacting after heating aluminum water, pouring out the remaining liquid fluoride salt and heating; and (iv) pouring the molten aluminum in the intermediate frequency furnace into the transfer bag and into the ingot casting furnace, and casting it into an aluminum alloy ingot after cooling the temperature of the molten aluminum. USE - The method is useful for ultra-long-acting double metamorphism of hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy, which has ultra-long-acting double-deterioration effect.
