NOVELTY - Graphene-modified resin packaging material comprises 18-25 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.5-2 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene resin dispersion, and 48-52 pts. wt. silicon powder as first component; and 15-25 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. accelerator, and 1-5 pts. wt. toughening agent as second component; and the mass ratio of first component and second component is 1:0.9-1.4. USE - Used as a graphene-modified resin packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material: satisfies the electric performance, and has good radiating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for (1) a method for preparing graphene modified resin packaging material; and (2) a method for preparing dry-type transformer.
