USE - Paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has modified asphalt and mica powder, which improves the weatherability, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and water resistance of the paint, and has low production cost, and excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Paint comprises 5-15 pts. wt. graphene composite material, 20-36 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 9-11 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 2-3 pts. wt. polyether, 2-3 pts. wt. polyurethane adhesive, 1-2 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-5 pts. wt. mica powder, 2-3 pts. wt. dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, 5-8 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 8-12 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 1-3 pts. wt. n-butyl titanate, 1-3 pts. wt. modified nano-silica, 1-3 pts. wt. tetramethylthiuram disulfide, 10-15 pts. wt. modified asphalt, 7-9 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 4-8 pts. wt. xylene. It has 1-3 pts. wt. dibutylhydroxytoluene, 3-5 pts. wt. wood wax oil, 2-3 pts. wt. cardanol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing paint, which involves: (A) preparing graphene composites, by adding solid content of more than 50% graphene oxide slurry into the single-layer glass reactor, adding surfactants; (B) stirring for 25-35 minutes to mix, and adding then solid content of more than 50% of the carbon nanotubes slurry into the reactor and stirring for 25-35 minutes to obtain mixed slurry; (C) drying mixed slurry in an oven at 90-110 degrees C and drying to a water content of less than or equal to 5%; (D) crushing dried solid by a crusher so that the particle size of the crushed particles is less than 74 mu m; (E) heating the muffle furnace, raising the temperature to 200-450 degrees C, the crushed particles are quickly added to the muffle furnace; (F) performing air puffing, reduction treatment for 3-10 minutes and quickly removing; (G) cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene composite materials; (H) preparing modified asphalt by dissolving cyclohexanone peroxide in ethanol; (I) adding the solution and the methyl acrylate to the tung oil; (J) mixing and heating to the mixture of wire drawing phenomenon, stop heating, cooling to room temperature to obtain modified tung oil; (K) heating polyethylene terephthalate to the molten state, then adding dehydrated malic anhydride resin, rosin and trichloroacetic acid and stirring; (L) controlling temperature at 120-130 degrees C, followed by adding AH-70 asphalt, AH-30 asphalt and modified tung oil at 1200-1400 rpm for 1 to 1.5 hours; (M) adding remaining residue, and grinding and dispersing for 20-40 minutes to filter to obtain modified asphalt; (N) adding carbon black, graphene composite material and n-butyl titanate at the same rotational speed for 30-50 minutes; (O) adding remaining ingredients, stirring and dispersing in a reaction kettle; (P) adding dispersed material to a sand mill to be uniformly dispersed and stirring at 1200 to 1400 rpm for 20 to 30 minutes; and (Q) adding dispersed uniform materials to the filter for filtration, filtration to fineness of 20-40 mu m material, and packing filtered material to obtain paint.
