NOVELTY - A railway elastic rod aqueous sealing agent is prepared by reacting polyether polyol, isocyanate and first part of catalyst under inert gas atmosphere at 60-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, adding epoxy resin, second part of catalyst and chain extender, continuously reacting under inert gas atmosphere at 60-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain aqueous epoxy modified polyurethane, and uniformly mixing with graphene, silane coupling agents, inorganic fillers and pigments in water. USE - Method for preparing railway elastic rod aqueous sealing agent. ADVANTAGE - The agent is environment-friendly, adopts water as dispersing medium, and improves corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
