NOVELTY - Graphene heating film comprises aqueous polyurethane adhesive, and graphene dispersed in polyurethane adhesive. The graphene comprises graphene particles of two different shapes. The graphene particles of the different shapes are respectively layered graphene sheets, and spherical or spherical graphene microspheres. The particle size distribution of the graphene microspheres is 80-120 nm. The particle size distribution of graphene sheet is 20-50 nm. The mass ratio of the graphene microspheres and graphene sheets is 3:4-3:7. USE - The heating film is useful in lithium battery thermal management component for lithium-ion battery e.g. lithium iron phosphate battery, and in micro-electronic device, energy storage and composite material. ADVANTAGE - The film: has uniform and efficient heat-conducting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene heating film, comprising ultrasonically dispersing graphene particles and graphene sheets in aqueous polyurethane solution, uniformly dispersing, and concentrating to a viscosity of 1800-2200 mPa.S to obtain a concentrated solution, applying the obtained concentrated solution on the surface of the base film, drying, hot-pressing, cooling and rolling to obtain the finished product.
