NOVELTY - Waterproof packaging adhesive film comprises 75-95 wt.% base material, 1-20 wt.% modified lamellar filler, 0.1-1 wt.% crosslinking agent, 0.2-1.5 wt.% auxiliary crosslinking agent, 0.1-1 wt.% coupling agent, 0.1-1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% light stabilizer and 1-5 wt.% anti-PID master batch. USE - Used as waterproof packaging adhesive film. ADVANTAGE - The film: avoids or slow down the problem of component water vapor transmission rate and battery sheet power attenuation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the waterproof packaging adhesive film comprising carrying out hydrophobic modification on lamellar fillers, uniformly mixing EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), modified lamellar fillers, a cross-linking agent, auxiliary cross-linking agent, a coupling agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and an anti-PID (proportion integration differentiation) master batch by a mixer, then placing the mixture into a casting machine, and then carrying out plasticizing extrusion, stretching, traction and rolling, preferably, using gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane for carrying out hydrophobic modification on lamellar fillers, EVA, modified lamellar fillers, a cross-linking agent, an auxiliary cross-linking agent, a coupling agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and anti-PID master batches are uniformly mixed by a mixer according to the proportion and then placing into a casting machine, and the mixture is plasticizing, extruding, stretching, pulling and rolling at the temperature of 90-120 degrees C to prepare the material with the gram weight of 500-600g/m2.
